*Can you walk to the Beach and the Strip? .... Yes you Can.
*Is there Air Conditioning?... Yes A ductless unit on each floor.
*Is the Kitchen fully stocked with pans, plates, utensils ect.?.... Yes it is.
*Is there a gas grill available to use?... Yes there is.
*Do I need to take my own linens such as towels and Sheets.... Yes you do. (The beds have a light comforter on them.)
*Do I need to take my own pillows?... Yes you Do.
*Do I need my own paper products?.... We supply Only 1 roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Take more with you.
*Is there a vacuum and broom there?.... Yes to both.
*Is the area the home in loud and busy?..... No, the area this is in is quiet and set off from the strip, so you can go to the action, have fun, then come back to relax.
*Is there WIFI?.... Yes there is WIFI and Cable. 2 TVs.
*Is there a coffee maker?... Yes there is a Keurig (bring your own pods).
